Staff Spotlight ~ Laura Ambrosi

We are proud to add Laura Ambrosi, a Monitor and Crossing Guard at Norman G. Ambrosini Elementary, to this trimester’s Staff Spotlights. Laura has dedicated the last 26 years to working in education, beginning her career with the Geyserville and Healdsburg school districts before joining our district four years ago. Throughout her career, she has supported schools in various roles, including serving as a cafeteria helper and monitor.
Her Principal, Angela Schuetzle, appreciates Laura’s proactive nature and dedication to the campus, stating, "Laura is a monitor who cares about our students and our school community. She is willing to go above and beyond what is expected. She is always willing to step in and help students and staff when she sees there is a need."
What Laura likes best about her role is the daily interaction with the students. She finds great joy in being around the kids and supporting them throughout the school day.
A fun fact about Laura is that she comes from a very large family. She is the second youngest of nine children. She is also a proud grandmother of three, two of whom currently attend Ambrosini. We are lucky to have Laura’s experience and helpful spirit on our team. Thank you, Laura, for all you do for our students and our school community!
